Laura Schneider
has been teaching yoga in Orange County for the past 7 years, and teaches in some of the area’s top yoga studios and fitness clubs. She has developed a large following of devoted students over the years and is honored to be able to share her love of the practice with them.  Laura acquired her teacher certification in March 2003 from Dianne Harman of Wellness Encounters.  She completed a second certification in December 2003 with Erich Schiffman.  She also continues her yoga education by studying and practicing with some of the top yoga instructors in the world such as Shiva Rea, Dharma Mittra and Paul Grilley, just to name a few.   Being that Laura comes from a very athletic background in kick-boxing and running, she is passionate about offering a class where one can blend his/her athletic capabilities with the beauty and philosophy of yoga... "I enjoy offering a class that not only challenges one's endurance and strength, but their spirit and will as well." Her most recent endeavor was joining Code Pink Bootcamp as their 9am trainer in Rancho Santa Margarita. Laura was proudly chosen as an ambassador for Newport Beach’s Lululemon store in 2006, and is a current ambassador for Manduka.  She is also proud to be the 2010 calender cover model for Kalyx Sportswear, of which a percentage of the proceeds goes towards the City of Hope.  Laura strives to keep her classes fresh powerful, creative and fun!
